Refund policy

We are a family owned and operated business, and aim to provide the best service possible and a great shopping experience. 

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. There is a $10.00 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Once the return is approved we will send you a shipping label so you can send your goods back to us. 

Please ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it. We don't accept worn or used items, and include the original packaging, tags, and labels.

Are there things I can't return? There are some items that aren't appropriate for return such as earrings, and health and wellness items, including soaps and lotions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. Email us at orders@mountaintideprovision.com.

Can gift cards be returned? All sales are final.

Can sale items be returned? All sales are final.

What about exchanges? Our aim is to provide you the exact thing you want. We encourage you to place another order once you decide to return you item. Doing special orders is part of our service promise, so if you can't find it, we can help. Contact us at orders@mountaintideprovision.com.

How long do refunds take? We will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. Assuming it is approved you will be refunded on your original payment method right away. Keep in mind it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
